1. Returns

1.1. Defective Products: We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items: Except for defective products, we generally do not accept returns for items that are not defective. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been opened, used, or worn.

2. Return Process

2.1. Notification: To initiate a return for a defective product, please contact us at hello@mixxwaist.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Please provide details of the defect and include your order number and contact information.

2.2. Approval: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

2.3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the defect, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2. Timing: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
